About Us
Collins Supply has been based in Victoria, Texas since its beginning.
In early 2002, after years of working in the local area as a piping fabricator, Phil Collins finally listened to his wife (Susie) and started filling the void for a local industrial PVF supplier. Collins Supply has grown to include a team of incredibly talented people, each with unique abilities, and becoming the area's “go to” critical materials supplier.
We value our close ties to the community and work with local companies to build relationships that best serve their needs. Our ‘supplier-customer’ relationship does not stop when material is delivered, but works to earn trust through consistency and dependability.

Safety
At Collins Supply, safety is built into the way we do business. We work with only the most effective manufacturers to provide the most safety-conscious supplies.
All of our material is prime quality and approved for use by ASTM and ASME standards. In addition to this, we maintain a clear register of the mill test reports for all of our steel piping and fittings to best supply any and all necessary documentation.
